Exchanges or returns of items are accepted up to 45 days after the date of receipt of the item. The exchange or return request must be made to the email shop@burelfactory.com. The product must be returned to the address provided, under the same conditions as it received it and accompanied by its invoice and e-mail communication of the return shipping data, tracking number and carrier. All return costs are borne by the customer.

If the order arrives under the same conditions as it was shipped, and the customer does not wish to exchange for another item, the refund process will begin by bank transfer to Community countries.

Returns made to non-EU countries will be made via PayPal.

ACOUSTIC

100% wool, which reduces sound reverberation and limits its propagation. Very effective sound absorption performance: 100% at 3150khz. Ideal for commercial spaces, offices, hotels and work areas. A natural barrier against the sound.

THERMAL

Sheep wool is so dense that it insulates from heat and cold. With a thermal conductivity of only 0.0450 in burel fabric 800g, and a thermal resistance of 0.27m2ºC/W. Ideal for indoor temperature, maintaining a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.

PERMEABILITY

The wool fiber structure is waterproof, with a water resistance of 98.5%, which means that, even absorbing moisture, it dries very quickly. At the same time, it repels dirt, requiring only periodic vacuuming without washing.

Burel Factory will do everything in its power to deliver the orders in the shortest possible time, however the delivery time will depend on the availability of each product, since we produce consciously and at the pace of people who made them, which makes that we never have large amounts of stock.
