Is it possible to receive Burel Factory news by email?

Yes. To do so, you can subscribe to our newsletter through the Newsletter section, which is found at the bottom of the page.

Can I cancel my subscription to the Burel Factory newsletter?

In every e-mail you receive from Burel Factory there is a link to immediately unsubscribe.

Will I receive the same product as I see in the picture?

All products on display are crafted by Burel Factory or its partners. As such, it is not possible to guarantee that they will always be exactly the same as depicted in the image. Much of the charm and value of these products comes from the fact that the manual work is unrepeatable and unique, as well as the quality of the materials we use.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Yes, if the order hasn't been packed and shipped. In this case, please request cancellation by sending an email to info@burelfactory.com.

What should I do if I receive an item different from the one I ordered?

We will exchange it for the correct item as soon as possible and at no cost to you. To resolve this issue please send an email to info@burelfactory.com.

What happens if an item in my order arrives damaged or defective?

Do I have access to my invoice?

Yes. The invoice will follow in your order. Alternatively, you can request your invoice by sending an email to info@burelfactory.com.

Can I get an invoice on behalf of my company?

Yes. Just indicate the name of the company at the time of purchase and provide the company's VAT number.

In what currency can I pay?

The prices of the Burel Factory online store are shown in Euros (€), which is the currency in which all orders are registered and payments are made.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Burel Factory will do everything in our power to deliver the orders in the shortest possible time, however the delivery time will depend on the availability of each product. If the product is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-3 working days. In the product isn't produced yet, the time varies from product to product and the delivery time might be longer. For more information, please check the description of each product.
Please note that depending on your location, delivery time may vary.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so that you can track it and estimate the delivery date.

How long does it take for my order to reach its destination?

Shipments to Portugal are made through CTT, to other destinations are made through DHL. Shipping time for orders to Portugal is usually one business day. In the case of shipments to other destinations, the transport time varies depending on the country of destination.
