Is it possible to receive Burel Factory news by email?

Can I cancel my Burel Factory newsletter subscription?

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photograph?

All products on display are handmade by Burel Factory or its partners. As such, it is not possible to guarantee that they will always be exactly the same as pictured. Much of the charm and value of these products comes from the fact that the handwork is unrepeatable and unique, as well as the quality of the materials we use.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Yes, this applies when the order has not yet entered the packaging and shipping process. In this case, please request cancellation by sending an email to info@burelfactory.com .

What should I do if I receive an item different from what I ordered?

We will exchange it for the correct item as quickly as possible and at no cost to you. To resolve this issue, please send an email to info@burelfactory.com .

What happens if an item in my order arrives damaged or defective?

Do I have access to my invoice?

Can I get an invoice in my company's name?

Yes. Simply provide the company name at the time of purchase and supply their tax information.

In which currency can I make the payment?

Prices on the Burel Factory online store are displayed in Euros (€), which is the currency in which all orders are registered and payments are made.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Burel Factory will do everything in its power to deliver orders as quickly as possible; however, delivery time will depend on the availability of each product. If the product is in stock, shipping will be done within 1-3 business days. If the product still needs to be produced, the time varies from product to product and the delivery time will be longer. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can track it and get an estimated delivery date.

How long does it take for my order to arrive at its destination?

Shipments to Portugal are made via CTT (Portuguese postal service), while shipments to other destinations are made via DHL. Delivery time for parcels to Portugal is generally one business day. For shipments to other destinations, delivery time varies depending on the destination country.
