PRICES AND PRODUCTS
All products displayed are handmade or produced in small batches by Burel Factory or its partners. As such, we cannot guarantee that they will always be exactly the same as depicted in the image. Much of the charm and value of these products comes from the fact that handmade work is unique and unrepeatable, as well as the quality of the materials we use.
The prices indicated are in euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase, to which the respective shipping costs will be added.
The prices and specifications of the products presented on this website may be changed by Burel Factory without prior notice.
ORDER PLACEMENT
To place an order, the Customer must follow the usual online shopping process: use the buttons next to each item to select color, quantity and/or size, and then check out to finalize the order, according to the instructions.
DELIVERY
Many of the products available are made to order, meaning there may not be pre-existing stock and the product will be produced specifically for the Customer. As such, delivery is not immediate, and the average delivery time is shown next to each item. If the fabric is out of stock, the delivery time may be extended by approximately 2 to 3 weeks. In this event, Burel Factory commits to informing the customer in a timely manner.
For products that are in stock, this is limited to a certain number of units. Their replenishment depends on production and may not be immediate.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are variable, according to the destination, weight, dimensions, and total volume of the order, and will always be calculated before the order is finalized.
Shipments outside Portugal and Spain are made via DHL, and transport time varies according to the destination country.
If the Customer resides outside the European Union, they should be aware that their country's customs services may charge additional customs fees. These fees are not the responsibility of Burel Factory and vary by country.
PAYMENT METHOD
The Customer can pay for their order using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express quickly, securely, and without sharing any financial information with the Burel Factory website.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The customer must inform us of their intention to return the product within 45 days of the reception date, by sending an email to info@burelfactory.com, including the order number and reason for the return or exchange. In case of a defect, a photograph of the item must be included. Please note that product colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and calibration. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
Exchanges or returns of custom-made items are not accepted, according to current legislation, except in case of a defect. We recommend that you carefully check all details before finalizing your purchase.
The product must be sent to the address provided, in the same condition in which it was received. The product must be accompanied by its respective invoice. All shipping costs associated with the return are borne by the customer.
Once the product has been sent back, the customer must notify us by sending an email to info@burelfactory.com and provide the respective shipping details (tracking number and shipping company name). If the order arrives in the same condition in which it was sent, and the customer does not wish to exchange it for another item, the refund process will begin.
The customer will be asked to provide their bank details (IBAN and Bic/Swift). Refunds are made via bank transfer for European Union countries or via PayPal for non-EU countries. Once the transfer is made, the customer will be sent proof of it.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
- The customer is asked to send a photo of the condition in which the product arrived to info@burelfactory.com
- Burel Factory will produce and send a new one.
- Burel Factory assumes responsibility for shipping costs.
EXCHANGE:
- The product is only produced/shipped anew after payment of costs (shipping/product).
- The customer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs.
WARNINGS
We make every effort to ensure that the information presented is correct and free from typographical errors, and whenever these occur, we will correct them as soon as possible. In case of doubt, the Customer should contact us via email digital@burelfactory.com.
Due to the type of computer used, color settings, browser, or other factors, the colors of the images presented may differ from the actual colors. Burel Factory cannot be held responsible for such differences.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
All texts and images reproduced or represented on the website www.burelfactory.com are the exclusive property of Burel Factory and are strictly reserved to it.
Any total or partial reproduction of the website www.burelfactory.com or of all or part of the elements included therein is strictly prohibited.
