Customization Service:

- Send an email with the image of your choice to shop@burelfactory.com;
- Tell us the desired panel size or choose the size by default, stated above;
- The customization fee is 50€;
- The final value of the panel varies on the size of the budgeted panel.

In case of bruising, pass with a damp cloth or brush and a little detergent or soap.
For the wood use a suitable cleaning product

This is a custom made product, please wait 6-8 weeks after payment confirmation for shipping.

Exchanges or returns of items are accepted up to 45 days after the date of receipt of the item. The exchange or return request must be made to the email shop@burelfactory.com. The product must be returned to the address provided, under the same conditions as it received it and accompanied by its invoice and e-mail communication of the return shipping data, tracking number and carrier. All return costs are borne by the customer.

If the order arrives under the same conditions as it was shipped, and the customer does not wish to exchange for another item, the refund process will begin by bank transfer to Community countries.

Returns made to non-EU countries will be made via PayPal.

Defective product:
The customer should send a photograph of the state in which the product arrived to shop@burelfactory.com.
