PRICES AND PRODUCTS

All the products displayed are handmade by Burel Factory or its partners. As such, we cannot guarantee that they will always be exactly the same as depicted in the image. Much of the charm and value of these products comes from the fact that the handmade work is impossible to duplicate and unique, as well as the quality of the materials we use.
The prices are presented in euros and include VAT at the applicable legal rate at the time of purchase, to which the respective shipping costs shall be added.
The prices and specifications of the products presented on this website may be changed by Burel Factory, without any prior notice.

ORDERS

To place an order, the Client must follow the usual online shopping process: use the buttons next to each item to select color, quantity and/or size, and proceed to checkout to finalise the order, in accordance with the instructions.

DELIVERY

Many of the products available are produced to order, that is, there may not be previously existing stock and the product will be produced specifically for the Client. As such, delivery is not immediate, and the average delivery time is shown next to each item. If the fabric is out of stock, the delivery time may be extended by approximately 2 to 3 weeks. In this case, Burel Factory undertakes to notify the client in a timely manner.
When products that are in stock, such stock is limited to a certain number of pieces. Their replacement depends on production and may not be immediate.

SHIPMENT

Shipping costs may vary according to the destination, weight, size, and total volume of the order and will always be calculated before the order is finalised.
Shipments are made via DHL, and the transport time varies depending on the country of destination.
If the Client resides outside the European Union, the Client should be aware that the customs authorities in their home country may charge additional customs fees. Burel Factory is not responsible for such fees, that may vary by country.

FORM OF PAYMENT

The Client will be able to pay for the order through Visa, MasterCard and American Express in a fast and secure manner, and without sharing any financial information with the Burel Factory website.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

The client must inform that he/she intends to return the product up to 45 days after the date of receipt, sending an email to shop@burelfactory.com
The product must be sent to the address provided, in the same conditions in which the Client received it. The product must be accompanied by the respective invoice.
All shipping costs associated with the return shall be borne by the client.
As soon as the product is sent back, the client must notify us by sending an email to info@burelfactory.com and providing the respective shipping data (tracking number and name of the shipping company).
If the order arrives in the same conditions in which it was sent, and the client does not intend to exchange it for another item, the refund process shall be initiated.
The client will be asked to provide their bank details (IBAN and Bic/ Swift ). Refunds are made solely and exclusively via bank transfer.
Once the transfer has been made, a proof of transfer shall be sent to the client.

Notes:

Returns made to countries outside the EU shall be preferably processed via PayPal . 

Defective product:

Clients are asked to send a photo of the state in which the product arrived to  shop@burelfactory.com

Burel Factory shall produce and ship a new one.

Burel Factory shall bear the shipping costs.

Exchange:

The product is only produced/sent a new product after payment of the costs (shipping/product).

The client shall bear the shipping costs.

NOTICES

We make every effort to ensure that the information presented is correct and free any typos or errors and, whenever these occur, we shall correct them as soon as possible. If any doubt arises, the Client should contact us via email digital@burelfactory.com .
Due to the type of computer used, colour settings, browser or others, the colours of the images shown may differ from the actual colours. Burel Factory cannot be held responsible for these differences.
