Exchanges or returns of items are accepted up to 45 days after the date of receipt of the item. Requests for exchanges or returns must be sent to shop@burelfactory.com. The product must be returned to the address provided, in the same conditions in which you received it and accompanied by the respective invoice and email communication of the return shipping details, tracking number and carrier. All return costs are borne by the customer.

If the order arrives in the same condition as it was sent, and the customer does not wish to exchange it for another item, the refund process will begin via bank transfer to EU countries.

Returns made to non-EU countries will be made via PayPal.
