Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap.
Dry in the shade.
Avoid direct sunlight, as the latex may discolor.
Store in a dry, well-ventilated place.
Do not machine wash.

Shipments are made within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Exchanges and Returns for Defective Products
We accept returns of defective items up to 45 days after receiving your order.
If your order is defective, please send a photo of the item to info@burelfactory.com. We will process the exchange as soon as possible.

If you wish to return your item:
Send an email to info@burelfactory.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Return shipping details (tracking number and carrier)

Return Conditions
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- It must be in the same condition as when received
- It must include the corresponding invoice

The refund will be processed:
- By bank transfer (for European Union countries)
- Via PayPal (for non-EU countries)
