ARTISANAL HERITAGE

The Burel Factory promotes the mastery of Serra da Estrela's know-how, the art made by several hands that warp, card, spin and weave in ancestral machines that can be heard since the 19th century.

MADE BY MULTIPLE HANDS

Assuming the complete wool cycle in our factory, a collection made by people, several people, who weave, sew, embroider and put all the art of working wool in the mastery of their hands - with partners who follow the same standards.

CONSCIOUS AND SUSTAINABLE

The wool of our fabrics comes from the happy sheep that graze freely in the mountains of Serra da Estrela. The production is made in ancestral looms, by various hands that give them life, shape and color, in a conscious and balanced way without intervening with the resources that nature offers us.
