This item is made to order. For this reason, returns are not accepted, in accordance with current legislation. We recommend that you carefully review all details before completing your purchase.
Shipping will be carried out within an estimated timeframe of 1 to 2 weeks after payment confirmation.

Exchanges and Returns for Defective Products
We accept returns of defective items up to 45 days after receipt of the order.
If your order is defective, please send a photo of the item to info@burelfactory.com. We will process the exchange as quickly as possible.

If you wish to request a return:
Please email info@burelfactory.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Return shipping details (tracking number and carrier)

Return Conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- It must be in the same condition as when received
- The original invoice must be included

Refunds will be processed:
- By bank transfer (for European Union countries)
- Via PayPal (for non-EU countries)
