The pieces in this collection may vary in colour and shade, as a result of a special dyeing process developed in collaboration with Massimo Guarducci's laboratories.
This process consists of treating the fabric with a dye-resistant agent. During dyeing, part of the fibres repel the dye, naturally creating an uneven shade effect — similar to the typical washing and wear of denim.
For this reason, each piece is slightly different and unique, reflecting the authenticity of the craftsmanship.

Shipments within 5 to 10 working days after payment confirmation.

Exchanges or returns of items are accepted up to 45 days after the date of receipt of the item. The exchange or return request must be made to the email shop@burelfactory.com. The product must be returned to the address provided, in the same condition in which it was received and accompanied by the respective invoice and email communication of the return shipping details, tracking number and carrier. All return costs are borne by the customer.

If the order arrives in the same condition in which it was sent, and the customer does not wish to exchange it for another item, the refund process will be initiated via bank transfer to EU countries.

Returns made to non-EU countries will be made via PayPal.

Defective product:
The customer must send a photograph of the condition in which the product arrived to info@burelfactory.com.
