Ovelha is a tridimensional composition made in burel to shape as a panel, wall coverings, or apply in home decor and interior design. A manual art form built stitch by stitch, through mastery, ingenuity and knowledge that goes by generations of mountain craftsman.
Made from 100% wool, a natural, resistant and durable material, and therefore a sustainable option. Due to its manual craftsmanship, the product purchased may vary slightly in design.

This item is made to order. For this reason, returns are not accepted, in accordance with current legislation. We recommend that you carefully review all details before finalizing your purchase.
Shipping will take place within an estimated 2 to 3 weeks after payment confirmation.
Exchanges and Returns for Defective Products
We accept returns of defective items up to 45 days after receipt of the order.
If your order is defective, please send a photo of the item to info@burelfactory.com. We will process the exchange as soon as possible.
If you wish to return your item:

- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Return shipping details (tracking number and carrier)
Return Conditions
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- It must be in the same condition as when received
- It must include the corresponding invoice
The refund will be processed:
- By bank transfer (for European Union countries)
- Via PayPal (for non-EU countries)

Please note that product colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and calibration. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
