Exchanges or returns of items are accepted up to 45 days after the item is received. The exchange or return request must be sent to shop@burelfactory.com. The product must be returned to the address provided, in the same condition in which it was received, accompanied by the respective invoice and email communication of the return shipping details, tracking number, and carrier. All return costs are borne by the customer.

If the order arrives in the same condition in which it was sent, and the customer does not wish to exchange it for another item, the refund process will be initiated via bank transfer for EU countries.

Returns made from non-EU countries will be processed via PayPal.

The customer must send a photograph of the condition in which the product arrived to shop@burelfactory.com.
