Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 45 days after the article's reception date. The request for an exchange or return must be sent to shop@burelfactory.com. The product must be returned to the provided address, in the same condition in which it was received, accompanied by the respective invoice and email communication of the return shipping details, tracking number, and carrier. All return costs are borne by the customer.
If the order arrives in the same condition as it was sent, and the customer does not wish to exchange it for another item, the refund process will be initiated via bank transfer for EU countries.
Returns made to non-EU countries will be processed via PayPal.
