Deliveries from the online shop on the www.burelfactory.com website are governed by the terms and conditions set out herein, which the Customer undertakes to fulfil. Trendburel Lda may, at any time and without prior notice, change all or part of the terms and conditions set out here.

Prices and Products

The Burel Factory website is dedicated to the online sale of burel and wool products in the fabrics, decoration, interior design, fashion and accessories segments. The prices shown are in Euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase, to which will be added, depending on the delivery option chosen by the Customer, the costs of the respective applicable postage. The prices and specifications of the products on this website may be altered by Burel Factory without prior notice.

Delivery

All orders confirmed by Burel Factory will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer when placing the order. After confirming your order, you will receive A first email informing you that your order has already been collected by the carrier at our premises. A second email informing you that your order has entered distribution. In the same email, you will be able to check the tracking number and a link will also be provided so that you can follow the delivery of your order, with an estimated date.

Shipping Information

We ship worldwide, with a few occasional exclusions. We hope that your purchases from the Burel Factory online shop are quick, easy and comfortable. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at shop@burelfactory.com. Shipping to Portugal and Spain is made via CTT. Shipping to the rest of the world is made via DHL. The shipping cost depends on the destination, the value of the order and the category of products purchased.

Shipping Costs

The price of shipping may vary depending on the number of items in the shopping cart and the listed category.

Portugal and Spain

For purchases over 100€, we offer delivery. For purchases under 100€, shipping will cost 7.90€.

USA, Canada and Europe

For purchases over 150€, we offer shipping. For purchases under 150€, shipping will cost 35€.

Rest of the world

The cost of shipping is automatically calculated in the shopping card, depending on the zone, number and category of items. The prices shown are provided by the carrier and are based on the rates in force on the date of purchase. Burel Factory, Trendburel Lda is not responsible for these prices. There are countries that incur customs fees and charges. These are not included in the price of the item or the cost of shipping and must be dealt with by the customs office of the corresponding country. Burel Factory is not responsible for these amounts.

Free Shipping

Portugal and Spain

We offer shipping to Portugal and Spain on purchases of products worth 100€ or more.

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe

We offer shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and European countries (in addition to Portugal and Spain) on purchases of products worth 150€ or more.

Rest of the World

Shipping prices to the rest of the world are fixed according to the prices charged by the shipping companies at the time and may therefore vary. These prices are not binding on Burel Factory, Trendburel Lda.

Categories Excluded from Free Shipping

Products in the Furniture, Wall Art, Rugs, Puffs, Stools and Bed Headboards categories are excluded from free shipping, regardless of destination.

Delivery Times

Burel Factory will do everything to deliver orders in the shortest possible time, however the delivery time will depend on the availability of each product. If the product is in stock, it will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. If the product has yet to be produced, the time varies from product to product and the delivery time will be longer. For more information, please check the description of each product. Please note that, depending on your location, delivery times may vary.
 Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with a tracking number so that you can follow it and have an estimate of the delivery date.

Delivery Information

Deliveries are made on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. No deliveries are made on Saturdays or Sundays. Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carrier and are not the responsibility of Burel Factory, Trendburel Lda. To check this information, please contact the carrier listed in the order dispatch email. Burel Factory, Trendburel Lda cannot be held responsible for any delivery instructions you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one indicated at the time of ordering (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility for the non-receipt of the order.
